Information we handle
Push Start may process account details, shop settings, staff permissions, customer and vehicle records, leads, services, appointments, estimates, invoices, messages, and files provided by a shop.
How information is used
We use information to provide, secure, support, and improve Push Start; authenticate users; keep each shop's workspace operating; and respond to support requests.
Shop data separation
Each shop's records are associated with its own account. Access is controlled by shop membership and assigned roles. Push Start does not make one shop's records available to another shop.
Service providers
We may use infrastructure, database, authentication, email, analytics, and payment providers to operate the service. They receive only the information needed to perform those services.
Retention and deletion
Information is retained while an account is active and as needed for security, legal, backup, and billing obligations. Authorized shop owners may request export or deletion of their account data.
Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so shops should use strong credentials and assign staff access carefully.
